20-26. September 2021: Micro vs. Macrocultures. <\/strong>Maya Minder<\/a> setzt zusammen mit thr34d5.org aus Paris zwei grosse Kombuchas auf. Die werden den einen symbiont-Raum besetzen, mit ihrer olfaktorischen Pr\u00e4senz. Im anderen Raum wird jeden Abend gekocht. Und gecocktailed. Und Musik gespielt, performt, pr\u00e4sentiert.

Kombucha-Mikroorganismen oder das Kunstpublikum – welche Lebensform ist hartn\u00e4ckiger? Was wird sich als st\u00f6render erweisen: der Fermentationsgeruch f\u00fcr das Kunstpublikum oder all die fremden Mikrobiome f\u00fcr die Kombucha-Kultur?

Essen jeweils ab 19 Uhr, Performances ab 20.30 Uhr, Cocktails til late.

Art Basel special <\/strong>coming up! Maya Minder<\/a> and guests: scar|city<\/strong>
Micro\/macro cultures and limited resources: In one of the two symbiont rooms, from Monday (come by and witness the setting up) on a 2by2m kombucha culture will digest the supplied resources and by doing so will gradually develop a strong and smelly fermentation presence. Meanwhile, in the other room, the Art Basel crowd will gather and consume food and drinks, also prepared daily with limited resources. Kombucha microorganisms or the Art crowd \u2014 which life form will be more persistent? What will prove to be more disturbing: the fermentation odours for the Art people or all those alien microbiomes for the komoucha culture?
